Shipping & Returns
How do I receive my rental equipment?
At Checkout you may choose either:
- Local pickup
- Delivery (location-dependent)
- On-site handoff before your tour
Do you ship any products?
Affiliate items are shipped through the retailer. Any physical products sold through the site are shipped via trusted carriers.
Can I cancel my order or rental?
Yes. Orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment. Rentals can be canceled according to the Rental Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other Shopify-approved payment options.
Are payments secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted through Shopify’s secure payment system.
Will I be charged immediately?
Yes. Payment is processed at the time of booking, reservation, or rental.

What equipment do you rent?
Depending on location and availability, I offer rentals for:

Do I need a deposit?
Some items may require a refundable security deposit. Details will appear during checkout.
What happens if equipment is returned late?
Late returns may incur an additional fee. The full Rental Policy outlines all conditions.
What if I damage or lose the equipment?
You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement fees may apply. All terms are covered in the Rental & Damage Waiver you agree to at checkout.
Do rentals include safety instructions?
Yes. All equipment comes with basic usage and safety guidelines. Higher-risk items may require an additional safety briefing.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All tours and equipment rentals require agreement to a Liability Waiver and Damage Waiver during checkout or at pickup/delivery.
